Ability/Function: This sword has the ability to cut small rifts to travel between the different worlds.

Karasu is a sword with a slightly unusual shape to it. Bara normally holds it in his left hand in an underhanded form. Originally Karasu was a silver colored blade but after the infection of darkness transformation the blade became black and red. The silver that it has left is meant to show that it has yet to be fully consumed into it's darkness.

History: Karasu is a sword that has a similar style of appearing like a keyblade, it can appear in the hand of the wielder. Karasu was created by the same magician as the Raven armor was. Karasu, though it was created a year earlier than the Raven armor was, was also infected by the same heartless, most likely at the same time as the Raven armor was.

The magician had decided to place the sword into a soul like form, which is how the sword can come and go like a keyblade, because it’s part of the soul of the wielder. While Bara had been asleep, hours before he actually woke up, the magician merged the sword and Bara. The sword showed itself upon Bara being in danger.

Like the Raven armor, while fighting the Darkside heartless the sword transformed just like the one piece of the armor did. But unlike the armor Karasu did not become an actual part of the body, sense it was already a piece of Bara’s soul.
